Went to the gun show today.
And no, not the proverbial “flex your muscles” gun show. My FOID card is on its way, so I will be able to get my own gun finally. I only got a new knife at the show and a stylish knuckles shaped “paper weight.” On the way back, I did stop at a science surplus store. More on that later.

Even though I lost some weight from my work
I am happy with where I am. I chubby and love it. I do not need to be thin to look good. The only thing that sucks is being on the teetering L/XL border in shirt size. Hanes based shirts might be great in XL and tight in L, where as Fruit of The Loom might be great in L and swimming in XL. First world problems right!?
